Dr. Gerald Murray sold his first manufactured home in 1969 as a partner of a retail operation in Alabama. In 1972, Gerald Murray opened a retail location on Woodward Avenue in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, where his business continues today.
During this period of time, over twenty retail operations were opened in six states including Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Alabama. Since 1972, several thousand homes have been sold.
These homes include successful FEMA sales with final destination delivery to law enforcement, fire departments and space centers for Hurricane Katrina relief.
